-Are you only a "UI Developer/Designer" or can you do some other things? (Like building websites, coding for games and stuff)
-It seems like you like Indianapolis a lot, so maybe put a skyline of Indianapolis with the canal and skyscrapers like your old website. The yellow bothers me for some reason.
-Whenever I have trouble finding things on a website, I go to the header or footer for help. Usually you can find a sitemap on the bottom and categories on the top. (Your website isn't really that big, so it may not need a header for categories, but maybe if you gave someone your website details, but didn't give them your number, you could have a category on the top saying "Contact Info" so people don't have to scroll through to find it.
-On your self description, maybe you should list what coding languages you are familiar with, so maybe change the vague "I have a wide range of skills" to something like "I am a master at C# and Python" so it's clear what your capabilities are.
-I think the half beard looks goofy, but it's just my opinion
- Under the portfolio it is listed "N/A" Maybe replace it with something else, because it's kinda applicable since you did it to inform people about what skills you can provide them.
-Maybe give some information about who this "Zebulun W."guy is so that we know that it's not just a random guy...
Ex. "-Zebulun W. IUPUI Informatics Professor" And also put a "-" before his name so it's not part of the quote
-On the last bit at the bottom, capitalize rights and reserved. Also add a "." after All rights reserved.
Everything else looks good...
