Stage 1 - The first step was to determine a characteristic and company to evaluate. As a group, we support what they stand for, and we love their product.
Stage 2 - We then completed a SWOT analysis in order to find uniqueness and strengths and weakness. After finding their weaknesses, we found that we could find opportunities, such as creating other flavors. Further opportunities would be to expand further than just in the US. Threats that faced are larger brands in the area.

Stage 3 - We further decided to analyze the benefits that we will driver home to the customer in order to increase profits. Customer description and Behavior. We can target people who are median in income and age in order to make the product more obtainable. Further, marketing towards people who make impulsive decisions who will buy the product at checkout. By segmenting the market, we can also make displays towards events such as a Super Bowl or other buys times of the year. We can market the product towards other seasonal events such as thanks giving and even 4th of July.
Stage 4 - Our main plan objective is to drive sales. This will be done by the acquisition of our company by the Hershey company. The second step is brand awareness.
