Unable to place COD order.

I understand that you like to place orders using Cash on delivery payment method.

I am sorry to tell you that the seller will not be able to accommodate your request at this moment.

I'd like to inform you that COD service availability in any area depends on various factors such as the seller's location, delivery address and also the type and price of the product.

However, you can always choose a prepaid mode of payment like Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking, Flipkart Money or Gift Card to place your order for now.

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

Payment Failed:

Address change Request- Self care:

1. You can find 'Change' option on 'Order Details' page of their Flipkart account (both Web and App).
2. On selecting this, you will have an option to select from the existing addresses in their account.
3. If you do not have any existing addresses, a new address can be added will have an option to select from the existing addresses in their account.
4. On selecting existing address or adding a new address, you will first need to enter the pin-code and the system will check for serviceability. You will then need to enter the rest of the address
5. Address change request will be taken and both the addresses will be shown to you. Once confirmed, the new address will replace the old address.
