WHEREAS ,
the undersigned being the authorized officer of the bank of baroda under the securitization and reconstruction of financial assets and enforcement of security interest act, 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(2) read with rule 3 of the security interest (enforcement ) rules, 2002 issued a demand notice dated 05.07.2018 calling upon the borrower mrs.jaswinder kaur to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs.38,63,624/- (rupees thirty eight lakh sixty three thousand six hundred twenty four only ) as on 30.06.2018 ( including interest upto 18.12.2018) together with further interest there on at the contractual rateplus costs, charges and expenses till date of payment within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.

The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under section 13(4) of the said ordinance act read the rule 9 of the security interest enforcement rules,2002.
The borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property/ies will be subject to the charge of bank of baroda phase 5 Mohali (name of institution) for an amount of Rs 38,63,624/- ( rupees thirty eight lakh sixty three thousand six hundred twenty four only) as on 30.06.2018 ( including interest upto 18.12 2018) and further interest thereon at the contractual rate plus cost,charges and expenses till date of payment.
