Every falling snowflake clears the air left by the war. Nine days after the Dayton Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina was preparing to go to its first official game. The opponent was Albania. But there was a problem. The articles of the Dayton Agreement had not yet been implemented. Therefore, Bosnia and Herzegovina was not a member of FIFA yet.
