Subject- EGV and LED TV Not received till now.
I want to highlight about the EGV and LED TV for the agents in the contest period which was announced at the time of Big Billion Sales which starts on 09 October, 2018.
As per the promise, the EGV should be received till November 16-18, 2018 but till now we have not received any EGV and LED TV for the Big Billion Sale and they are not giving any appropriate reply for the same. They have given us TAT 4 times and every time they given us fake commitment. All the TATs are breached.
Also, they have given me Rs. 750/- less which they have announced and mentioned for the first week.
Total EGV is Rs. 9500/- for three week but they have not mentioned in this for the first week for the Rs. 750/-.
Total EGV price is Rs 10250/-.
No promises are committed and Due to this we're writing here, hence we request you to please check and do needful.
Please provide us the proper resolution otherwise we have to take this issue to the HR head.
