We understand your concern that you want to know about the Flipkart Plus Coins which you have earned against your 'Motorola One Power (Black, 64 GB)'.

We'd like to let you know that these coins are in Pending state and they'll be credited to your account after the delivery of your product.

Also, we would like to tell you that Flipkart Plus is a new customer benefits program that offers customers numerous benefits like free and faster shipping for select products at serviceable pin codes, early access to sales, priority customer support, access to rewards from Partners etc.

Here's some additional information that may help:

-The customers can start purchasing products on Flipkart and earn 1 Plus coin for every Rs. 250 transaction (Maximum 10 Plus coins can be earned per order; Plus coins can be earned at an Order Level and not on Item level)
-Once they have 50 coins in their account, 'Join Now' button will be enabled and can activate the Flipkart Plus Program (unless they activate it, customers cannot be part of this program)
-Members of this program are tagged as 'Flipkart Plus'/ 'Plus' in their Flipkart account

Benefits of being a Flipkart Plus member:

-Members can redeem the 'Credited' Plus coins to purchase rewards from any of our associated partners such as BookMyshow, Cafe Coffee Day, MakeMyTrip, Zomato Gold, etc
-These customers are also expected to receive differentiated customer experience such as

1. Early access to Sales - On selected sales and this will be called out on intrigue and banners
2. Free & Faster Delivery
3. Rewards on Premium partners
4.Priority Customer Support

Earning Plus Coins:

-The users can earn coins based on the order value (Plus coins can be earned at an Order Level and not on Item level)
1.Earn coins by placing orders for Rs. 250 and above
2.Earn 1 Plus coin for every Rs 250 spent. Maximum 10 Plus coins can be earned per order (If the order value is equal to or more than Rs. 2500, customers will earn 10 coins). Please note that coins earned will be on the actual order value excluding any instant discounts or cashback credited to Phonepe Wallet
3.Earn 50 coins to activate Plus membership for one year

-No coins will be credited for purchases made for:

1.Flipkart Gift Cards
2.Gold Coins/ Gold Bars
3.Silver Coins /Silver Bars
4.Gift Voucher (E.g. Malabar Gift Vouchers sold on Flipkart)
5.FK branded Carton & Packaging Boxes (Bought by sellers for Market Place)
6.FK branded Packaging Security Bags (Bought by sellers for Market Place)
7.FK printed Cello Tapes & Tape Dispensers (Bought by sellers for Market Place)

-Customers can earn coins only on www.Flipkart.com and NOT on https://seller.Flipkart.com or 2GUD.com

Renewing Plus Coins:

-Earn 50 coins during the membership period (1 year) to get the 'Join Now' option to renew the Flipkart Plus program for next year (These coins need not be unused)

Validity of Plus Coins:

-Coins will be in 'Pending' state until the return policy /fulfillment period is over
-Coins will be in 'Credited' state after the return window is over for all products in the order
-If there are multiple items in an order, highest return window will be considered
-If the order gets canceled / returned, the Plus coins get reversed and the remaining Plus coins from the order (if any) will reflect as 'Pending' until the return policy /fulfillment period of all items is completed in the order
-Coins will expire by end of the month of the subsequent year from the date of coins Credit
