1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
Yes, I do have previous experience working as an "HR". I am currently an "HR" in a group with over 1,500 members. The group calls the high ranking staff members "Directors".

2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
To me, personal goals are more important overall than team/group goals.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
My top skill is coming up with ideas to help groups improve and managing groups the best I can.

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I think than I would be a better option than other applicants because I have experience. I am currently working as an Director (specifically Secretary) in a group called Exam Studio. Exam Studio has over 1,500 current members.

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
To me, personal achievements are more important than team achievements.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
The first goal I would want to achieve as an HR is to make Nauted a better place.

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I want to work as an HR because I am currently bored in Exam Studio. I am looking for more opportunities to help other groups.

I think that I am ready to work under pressure efficiently.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
I do have a huge achievement that should be noted. I am currently working in a group called Exam Studio as a Secretary under the Founder, Aorda. (https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=2704232) I have been working in Exam Studio for over a year. I became a staff member of Exam Studio September 14th, 2017. I have since gone up the ranks to earn the highest achievable rank in Exam Studio (besides from Head Developer and Founder/CEO).

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
The main goal I want to achieve personally achieve in Naunted is to help the community in any way, shape, or form.

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
The main goal I want to achieve as a team in the group is to encourage everyone to try and become their best.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
I would be willing to break through some of my personalities if it would be needed before I could work as an HR for Nauted.

13 - What are your 5 pros (positive personality sides)? *
5 positive personality sides about me are that I am respectful to anyone I encounter, I am a responsible person, I am compassionate to others, I am fair to anyone, and that I am polite to everyone.

14 - What are your 5 cons (negative personality sides)? *
5 negative things about me are that I am sometimes impatient, nervous, overemotional, annoying, and lazy. Although these traits sometimes describe me, I always have my positive traits with me.
