Alright, since i saw many users selling the skins from pax i will just give this method that has been working since long time ago
thanks to it i got arcade sona, pax sivir, riot nasus, heca arcade, riot blitz and varus artic in many accs that i gave for free to my friends
the method is like this ( you will need twitter account if you are not old user of tweetdeck )

or simply google tweetdeck and it will be the second link.

and all you have to do is wait for somebody to tweet the code and reedem it to your account easy as that
note 1 : you have to be fast to redeem it, is not impossible already got many skins with this method
note 2: if you prefer just block the users that are spamming with such hastags so you only get real tweets and not ''trading arcadesona for riotblitz'' ( most of them are scammers )
