When you enrolled in login verification from your device, did you generate a backup code? If so, you can use that code to log into your account on twitter.com from a desktop computer. More information here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/20170388#backup-codes
Are you having trouble receiving SMS login codes? Try texting GO to your Twitter short code. Check this article to find your carrier’s Twitter code: https://support.twitter.com/articles/14226
Having trouble receiving login codes as push notifications? You can access pending login requests from within your Twitter app.
1. From the Me tab, tap on the gear icon and select “Settings”.
2. Tap your Account name first to see the Security option.
3. Select “Login Requests” to see a list of all requests available to approve or deny.
4. Pull down on the list to refresh the page to see most recent requests.
Did you enable login verification on the web and need to login on a mobile device or from a third-party app? You can generate a temporary password to use when you login. Learn more: https://support.twitter.com/articles/20170388#temporary-passwords
