Subject: Complaint against Operation Manager Mr. Amit (Flipkart Mohali).
I would like to bring your kind attention that the behavior of the Operation Manager (Amit) on floor is very arrogant, rude and not cooperating towards the floor executives.
I would like to let you know that the incident of October 07, 2019, one of our executive took luck break when he came on the floor was rudely misbehaved and insulted by the Operation Manager on the front of entire floor. This was the moment when the entire floor felt very bad for Prasanjeet. I would like to let you know that we were informed that we were informed that breaks were freezed till Big Billion Days which ends on October 04, 2019. As the Big Billion days period is over but till now we don't have freedom to take breaks even there are no chats in Flipkart chat queue.
Also, he was acting like, he is "Dada" or some sort of "DON" in the company. He threaten Prasanjeet on the floor "tell HR or anyone, I will behave and speak rudely to all of the employees".
Please take this as a high severity case and take appropriate action as this is against the floor Decorum of the company.
